Today, Monday, March 30th, is National Doctors’ Day. Obviously, as a physician, I recognize this in honoring and paying tribute to the generations of physicians before me who paved the way in my career. This year, however, it is especially poignant. Today, our doctors, nurses and support staff are the front lines in our war against COVID-19. They are our soldiers in this unprecedented war. These are the people that are fighting for all of us to stay healthy and alive, sometimes at the expense of their own well being.
Today, let us thank them for their service.
